Rozas store is retailer business that focuses mainly on woman fashion and cosmetics.
Our store strive to give our clients a fashionable clothes, original perfumes from Dubai, shoes, hand bags and woman accessories.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within a day. And delivery will be confirmed either by text or email. We encourage customer to leave us their phone no when order is made so we can reach and follow up with you easily when the need arise about your orders.

Rozas store will use courier service such as the courier guy, Post office, at times we will use our own private transportation too, if the shipping address is indicate in Bloemfontein. The cost association will differ product to product depends on the product you are ordering. If the product that you order is free delivery then, it will be free of delivery. However under the description of the product you are ordering if it is written under the product there is a cost then the cost of delivery will be R 100. The product you are ordering will be delivered in 2 days at the door of the address that you provided us when you placed your order.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available for South African for now. However we will update the export restriction once we ready for international clients.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Give us a call or message us, we will attend and solve it as soon as we can.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item you bought and you fail to notify us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Proof of payment can also be the sms that is sent to your phone by the bank or the email that is sent to your email address by the bank. If the customer wishes to send the proof of purchase through sms or what's up

Once we receive the proof of payment we will also confirm with our business bank statement if really payment was made if it was previously paid though bank.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any items that is purchased from Roza's store can be sent to our physical store with the address under. We will refund you in full once you qualify for refund.

Please take a note that returning fees will be the responsible of the customers, if the size you order doesn't fit or you wish to exchange it. When a customer order be sure to order the right size and color as well as the right items.

If customer find the wrong item that he or she didn't order at all then not only in full we will refund but we will be responsible also for returning fees.

However to find the best solution we suggested you communicate us through phone so we can solve it as possible as we can.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or sms to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Buy it cash or lay buy it.  please note lay buy will take 2 weeks to 3 months to be collected.

Items that is from over sea it will take 40 days to 65 days to come to your nearest post office according to the address that been provided by the customer. You will be notified either by sms or a receipt will be sent for you so you can go and collect it.

So when you make purchase online just learn which items will be coming from the physical store and which item is coming straight to you from our manufacturer. For example you may order 2 different items from Rozas store. If one of the items is from the physical store and one is coming for you from over seas then you will be receiving it one item in 2 to 3 days the other one item in 65 days. You will be receiving in two different times.

However if you prefer your items to arrive in 2 to 3 days then please be advised to order items that we have in our physical store then you will be receiving it within 3 days.

If you are shipping an item for return we suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
